Rapper Lil Wayne suffers two seizures in 24 hours

Lil Wayne is about to be released from a Louisiana hospital ... after suffering another seizure on board an airplane, his 2nd seizure in 24 hours... TMZ has learned.
Weezy was on board a flight from Texas to LAX -- when he began to convulse. We're told the flight was immediately diverted to Louisiana ... and Wayne was admitted to a local hospital for treatment.We broke the story ... Wayne had been hospitalized last night after a pilot reported that the rapper was experiencing seizures on board his flight

D’BANJ AND WIZKID NOMINATED FOR MTV EMA 2012
Pop singer, Dbanj and EME act, Wizkid have both been nominated in the worldwide category of the annual MTV Europe Music Awards billed to happen in Frankfurt, Germany on Sunday, November 11, 2012.
The category which comprises of acts from Africa, Middle East and India, has other African acts like Camp Mulla from Kenya, Sarkodie form Ghana and South Africa’s Mi Casa as contenders. While D’banj, a multiple MTV award winner is making his debut on the worldwide list, Wizkid was nominated last year but lost to 25-year-old Moroccan, Abdelfattah Grini.
Meanwhile, Rihanna and Taylor Swift lead this year’s overall nominations, with the Bajan singer getting six nominations including Best Song, Best Female and Best Pop while Swift trails closely with five nominations.

UNIVERSITY OFFERS COURSE ON MICHAEL JACKSON
A University in the US is now offering a course on the late pop star Michael Jackson.
The course which will be taught at Clark Atlanta University will be covering the life of the mega star as a successful businessman and pop icon.
‘Micheal Jackson: The Business of Music’ will be taught by popular entertainment attorney, James Walker, who will talk about ‘Jackson’s approach to business, his work with record companies, tours, and legally marketing himself in terms of copyrights and trademarks’.
‘The goal is to help students who have an interest or future desire to work in the entertainment industry whether as an artist, attorney, business manager, accountant or other…[and] to really provide my students with a comprehensive understanding of the music industry and the business mechanics involved’, Walker says.
Clark-Atlanta University is the first to offer a class on the late legendary pop singer.

CAN'T BELIEVE KANYE WEST TWEET THIS ABOUT KIM
Kanye West seems to have perfected his act of stirring up mega controversy via micro-blogging site Twitter.
Why the social network will be happy some of polemical musings-statements are gaining thousands of retweets, can we all pause to ponder on what the US rapper/C.E.O says that drags all that attention to his Twitter page?
Last night Kanye tweeted ‘I just f*****d Kim so hard‘, referring to his girlfriend Kim Kardashian. Yes, he tweeted that, resulting to 7,410 retweets with 39,777 of his followers ‘favourting’ the tweet. The tweet was deleted a few minutes later.
This isn’t the first time Kanye is giving out #TMI (that means ‘too much info’ for you social network starters); earlier in the month he called Kim K his ‘perfect b***h‘, weeks before that a photo of a naked woman who has a striking resemblance with Kim leaked on his page.
What’s next Kanye? A sex tape with Kim?

Dating Chris Brown Made Me ‘Afraid’ To Love Again
Don’t expect to see Rihanna in a serious relationship anytime soon. The Barbadian beauty says an old relationship — obviously referring to her romance with Chris Brown — left her unwilling to open herself up to love.
”When I was in love, I fell so hard … and in the blink of an eye, my whole life changed,” she tells Harper’s Bazaar. “I never thought I’d feel that pain in my life. I’m afraid of feeling that again.”
Poor Rihanna! She may look gorgeous and strong on the outside, but she’s still dealing with serious emotional trauma.
(In case you need a refresher, Chris savagely beat then-girlfriend Rihanna in Feb. 2009.) “I have been conservative in my love life,” she continues.
“It’s pretty much nonexistent. If I come across someone who I find really cool, I’ll hang out. But the minute I find that we’re getting too close I just — I don’t let people in.”

BOXING PROMOTER OFFERS DRAKE AND CHRIS BROWN $1M FOR A ‘REMATCH’
Singers Chris Brown and Drake have been offered $1 million each to continue their fight in the boxing ring.
The offer was reportedly made by billionaire, Alki David through boxing promoter Damon Feldman, and it involves a $1 million grant to charity if the duo take on the challenge.
Speaking with the New York Daily News newspaper, Feldman said, ‘Obviously they have a grudge. It’s just three one-minute rounds. No
one will get seriously hurt.’
He said the pay-per-view event will hold in either Las Vegas or Los Angeles and suggested Saturday, August 25, 2012, as the date.
On who he would like to have as the ring girl, Feldman expressed interest in Rihanna, saying that although he’s sure she will decline the offer, he is sure she will watch the punch-fest.
However, representatives from both camp are yet to declare any interest in the game.
The two artistes were recently involved in a fracas in the W.I.P nightclub, Manhattan, which led to a free for all fight injuring eight people,
including NBA star, Tony Parker.
Meanwhile, rapper 50 cent has thrown his weight behind Chris Brown. He said this during an interview with California radio station KMEL,
‘I would take Chris…I guess it’s cause of all the physical things I see him doing with dancing and moving. He be slipping and moving. I
don’t see Drake doing that. Chris be having his shirt off. He got one of them MMA fighter looks. Like he might have did karate when he was a kid. He’s kicking, doing splits and stuff. This could really get interesting’ he said.
Though the likelihood of the boxing match happening remains slim, one sure thing is the frenzy it will generate in the minds of the fans
of both artistes.

KARDASHIAN FAMILY BUY THEIR FUTURE GRAVES
It seems the Kardashian family are taking things serious and planning ahead as they were spotted at a famous cemetery in Hollywood yesterday purchasing space for their dead bodies.
Sources say Kim Kardashian, along with Khloe, Kourtney, Rob, Bruce and Kris all paid a visit to the Hollywood Forever cemetery to buy a family plot.
Reports also say the family hasn’t made up their mind because they want a really huge space for their family as Kim K and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe aren’t sure of how many kids they’ll have.
Kim’s dad Robert Kardashian is buried in another cemetery.

Update: 50 Cent Released From Hospital After Car Accident
A month after 50 Cent was hospitalized with some blockage in his small intestine, Fif was back in the hospital last night, this time after a car accident. He has since been released and is back on the mend.
“Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson was involved in a car accident in New York early Tuesday morning. He was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries,” said a spokesperson for the rapper in a statement given to MTV News. “He was released this morning and is doing fine.”
The rapper’s website This is 50 broke the story early Tuesday morning (June 26), though the details are thin.
The site reported that the Get Rich or Die Tryin’ MC’s bullet-proof SUV almost flipped over after it was rear-ended by a Mack truck while driving on the Long Island Expressway in New York City.
The site published multiple pictures of 50 on a stretcher with a neck brace. There are also pictures of 50′s mangled SUV as well as photos of the truck that is said to have caused the accident.
50 famously survived a 2000 attack in which he was shot nine times and in 2003 dropped his classic major-label debut Get Rich or Die Tryin’. Fif has since built himself as one of rap’s biggest draws and smartest business minds, crafting lucrative deals in music and merchandising.
Fif’s latest mixtape The Lost Tape was released in May and on July 3 the G-Unit Records CEO will be releasing his oft-delayed fifth studio album 5 (Murder By Numbers).

50 Cent was in a bad accident tonight as his bullet-proof SUV was rear-ended by a Mack truck on the LIE in NYC.
He was put on a stretcher and taken to the nearest Queens hospital where they are currently running test on his neck and back.
His driver is also currently in the hospital as the SUV almost flipped over.

NICOLE SCHERZINGER TO REPLACE KELLY ROWLAND ON X FACTOR UK
Ex-Pussycat doll singer Nicole Scherzinger is the newest judge on the reality show X-Factor UK.
The singer will replace former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland, who was a judge last season.
Kelly bowed out of the X-Factor gig in April, citing scheduling conflicts, and has since been on the move, receiving numerous awards for her role on the show, covering the latest issue of Ebony Magazine, and landing a cameo role in Steve Harvey’s ‘Think Like A Man’ film.
Scherzinger was originally hired as a co-host for the US X-Factor, which debuted in the states last year, but was eventually removed.
The Daily Mail reported that the singer, who has served as a guest judge during the various auditions, has always felt comfortable on the set.
Nicole, who was at the London audition recently tweeted, ‘Great day @thefactor @officialtulisa @gbarlowofficial @Walshlife! We saw some amazing talent! Thank UK for always being so kind to me! #grateful.’
The X -Factor UK will return to screens in August, with live shows from October. Nicole will join Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh and Tulisa Contostavlos on the judging table.
