Musician Arrested For Raping Teenage Girl In Lagos
An Ikeja Magistrate Court on Wednesday slammed a N500,000 bail on a
25yrs old musician, Victor Eyo, for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl.
The Magistrate, T. A. Elias, ordered the accused to produce two sureties in like sum, and adjourned the case till November 24 for trial.
“The accused unlawfully detained the victim with intent to have s*xual intercourse with her,” he said.
He said the guys abducted the victim for a week and was having carnal knowledge of her and that the victim’s parents searched everywhere for her and also reported to the disappearance to the police.
“After a week of the victim’s disappearance, she returned home and said that the accused invited her to his house and refused to release her.
"She said the accused made love to her on daily basis and also inserting his s*x organ into her anus."
According to NAN, Eyo, a musician, who resides in Agege Area of Lagos had pleaded not guilty to a two-count charge of abduction and rape.

The Police Prosecutor, Raphael Donny, had told the court that the accused committed the offences on October 9 at his residence.
Mr. Donny said that the musician unlawfully abducted and had carnal knowledge of a 16-year-old girl without her consent.
