A group known as the Biafra Liberation Council has given northerners and Muslims in the southern part of country a seven-day ultimatum to leave the area or be ready to be victims of reprisals.The group, in a statement on Sunday, also called on Igbo in the northern part of the country to vacate the area and relocate to any place outside the North.
