Confab delegate plays scrabble during session

Call it ‘Man’s inhumanity to Man’ but the photograph was taken by another delegate who just couldn’t stomach it; uploading it online.

The picture has since passed through fire from online commentators but as the identity of the delegate isn’t certain, the fire rages without anyone burning.

With the huge resources pulled to finance the confab, many are already calling it a ‘waste of time, with delegates like this’.
