CHRIS BROWN / DRAKE FIGHT New Victim Comes Forward, Threatens Lawsuit

A woman who claims she suffered a gash in her arm that required 12 stitches after she was caught up in the Chris Brown/Drake fight madness has hired a lawyer and plans to sue . Javier Solano, a lawyer representing a woman named Lucy Pavlovsky tells TMZ his client was in the VIP section at W.i.P. Nightclub when the fight went down. 


He says Lucy ducked down when the bottles started flying and didn't notice her arm was cut -- "gushing blood," in her words -- until she was making her way out of the club. Solano says Lucy took a cab to the nearest hospital, and got a total of 12 stitches to close up two cuts on her arm -- and also got a tetanus shot.


 According to Solano, Lucy was interviewed by NYPD officers on Friday ...who said they were gathering evidence for a possible criminal complaint. Solano says Lucy's lawsuit would be against the club -- but hinted Drake and/or Brown could be included, saying ... "At this moment we are exploring all options on who will become a defendant. He added, "I can assure you that regardless of fame, money or stature, the people responsible will be held accountable."

Chris Brown, Drake Bar Fight: New Details On Who Instigated The Brawl

After the Wednesday night brawl between Chris Brown and Drake that left bodyguards from Brown's camp and innocent bystanders injured, Brown has gone to the police with evidence that Drake and his entourage started the fight. "Chris, Karrueche [Brown's girlfriend] and his friends were victims of a brutal attack last night at W.i.P.,” Brown’s publicist told ABC News.

 “They sustained several injuries. Chris and his party are cooperating with NY authorities who are pursuing this incident further.” According to TMZ, Brown's lawyer went to the NYPD with proof that "Take Care" singer Drake and his entourage instigated the scuffle at the New York nightclub. So what ignited the argument? Brown reportedly sent a bottle of Champagne to Drake's table before Drake and his crew approached Brown and began arguing over their shared former love interest, Rihanna.

 Several witnesses have also come forward saying that one of Brown's friends was making death threats aimed at Drake and his posse. Drake proceeded to reportedly throw the bottle of alcohol at Brown, who later showed off a nasty cut on his chin via Twitter. However, later accounts say that Drake was not involved in the fight, and that rapper Meek Mill is the one who threw the bottle at Brown. "[Drake] did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property," Drake's rep said in a statement.

 TMZ reports that Drake is not currently a suspect in the investigation of the altercation and is "cooperating" with officials. With the big-name singers seemingly off the hook in the incident, sources say that a member of Brown's camp may have been the one to incite the altercation. While no arrests have been made in connection with the brawl, the club's investigation revealed that W.i.P manager Jonathan Cantor had two warrants out for his arrest -- he has since been detained.

DRAKE NOT Facing Arrest Despite Report

Drake is not facing arrest in the Chris Brown bar fight ... well-placed law enforcement sources tell TMZ. There's a report out this AM that Drake will be arrested for reckless endangerment for allegedly hurling a bottle that hit no one ... but we're told not only is it not true, cops have "no suspects, complaints or arrest warrants at this time."

According to the report, a single witness allegedly told cops Drake threw the bottle. Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, who has been vocal since the incident, claims he has evidence Drake threw glassware, though he has not been specific.

The report says unless Drake agrees to surrender by next week, he will be arrested tonight during a concert at Jones Beach. We have confirmed with law enforcement this is NOT true.

TMZ has obtained a photo of Chris Brown inside a NYC nightclub, taken seconds before he got clocked with a champagne bottle in a brawl with Drake's posse -- and he looks totally oblivious to the violence about to erupt.

In the photo, Chris is shirtless and holding a bottle of Ace of Spades champagne … surrounded by fans, friends -- and his bodyguard, Big Pat, who ended up hospitalized with a massive gash to his forehead after the brawl broke out in W.i.P. Nightclub early Thursday.

According to several eyewitnesses, Drake and Chris had been jawing at each other leading up to the brawl -- still, Chris doesn't look the least bit concerned in the photo. We also obtained pics of Drake -- taken minutes earlier -- and rapper Juelz Santana is already standing next to him. We're told Juelz, Meek Mill, and Trav B all stepped up for Drake … and eventually tussled with Chris and his crew.

As TMZ first reported, NYPD officers have spoken to Chris, Drake and their attorneys. Neither has been named a suspect in the beatdown. Last night, Rihanna hit the club scene in NYC -- but when she was asked about the Drake vs. Chris Brown brawl ... she bobbed and weaved like a prize fighter.

CHRIS BROWN'S HOMIE, THREATENS DRAKE.

One of Chris Brown's homies was throwing gang signs and making death threats at Drake's entourage in the moments before the NYC nightclub brawl ... this according to several witnesses. Eyewitnesses say ... Chris had been hanging out at his own VIP table with a posse of 16 other guys ... one of whom was a man with dreadlocks who was throwing gang signs and screaming at Drake's table.

Witnesses say this man was the primary instigator in the brawl that would follow. Among the verbal taunts, we're told the man yelled out, "Somebody's gonna die." We're told the man also directed some of his anger at Drake's friend Meek Mill -- saying, "F**k you, we're gonna kill you n*gga."

As the man continued to spit venom, witnesses say Chris stood up and embraced him ... as if to say, "This is my guy." Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... it's possible the threats were captured on tape.

Here's the rub -- Brown's friend was acting as if he was associated with a gang .... which is significant because Chris is not allowed to associate with gang members as part of his probation in the Rihanna beating case. So far, no arrests have been made.

Admitting she was feeling 'drunk' on her Twitter page, the 24-year-old hid her face under a hoodie as she left Jay-Z's 40/40 club. Although she looked rather serious as she left the club, guided by a friend, she did admit she had had a fun night. She wrote on Twitter:

'Is it just me or is twitter way too complicated when you're drunk? *still drunk* 'Fun times w/ Neyo, Mo, V, Trey, Maxwell, Selita, Terrence, CP3, A Mandler and ofcourse my hoes.'

While waiting with her friends at the valet, Rihanna flashed a hint of her black bra under a cut-up T-shirt and light blue jeans with a grey pair of steel-toed combat boots bearing a smiley face. With her black hair curled and up, the We Found Love singer finished her evening look with long yellow nails and a metal collar.

The Battleship star spent the past day tweeting inspirational messages on her Twitter page, including: 'The only honest people in the world are small children and drunk people,' and 'It's good being strong, but it sucks too when people know that u are strong and they think that it is okay to hurt u.'

 One of the club-goers caught in the middle was Hollie C, an Australian tourist who was rushed to Bellevue Hospital after she was smashed in the head with a flying bottle during the fight.

 A gruesome photo shows a gash in her head and her face covered with blood. She needed 16 stitches to close the wound. 

Witnesses say the two recording stars started fighting after Chris Brown sent Drake a bottle of Champagne as a peace offering. Drake reportedly sent the bottle back with a note: 'I'm f****** the love of your life, deal with it.'

Chris Brown & Drake Should Fight For Her In Boxing Ring - Rihanna

Rihanna appears to be unmoved by the recent Chris Brown and Drake fight last night, joking they should have a proper boxing match.

The 'We Found Love' singer was cornered by photographers as she made her way into Jay-Z's club 40/40 last night and made a quip that if the two want to fight over her they should do it professionally in a boxing ring.

Pressed further on what she thinks about being the source of the punch-up, the Bajan beauty kept quite and headed into the club.

Although RiRi seemed unfazed by the ruckus, a close source did reveal to HollywoodLife that the singer is concerned about Chris, who received a two-inch gash on his chin after being bottle, allegedly, by someone in Drake's camp.

"When she heard they were fighting and apparently over her, she shook her head and was like, 'You've got to be f**king kidding me'," the source revealed.
