Kanye West has been released fro the UCLA hospital where he was
hospitalized for more than a week. According to E!, he left the hospital
under the care of Kim, and his personal physician, Dr. Michael Farzam .
The hip-hop superstar was hospitalized on Nov. 21 after canceling the
remaining dates for his Saint Pablo Tour. The cause was exhaustion and
sleep deprivation.
He is now said to be home with Kim and their kids..
