According to the Management of the Reserve, they killed and slaughtered a female roan antelope and are notorious elephant poachers. Garba (right) was arrested in May 2015 for a similar crime and was sentenced to 6 months in jail, but he however returned back to the reserve this year to continue the illegal killing.

These two men; Halilu Adamu (left) and Bala Garba (right)
were caught by Rangers yesterday at the Yankari National Park - a large
wildlife park located in Bauchi State.
