This young boy was stripped and paraded after he allegedly stole a
phone from a lady inside her shop in Benin City Edo state today June
1st. According to eyewitnesses, he got into the woman's shop, disguising
as a customer but stole the phone after he succeeded in distracting the
owner of the shop. Unknown to him, someone from the other side of the
road was watching as he put the stolen phone in his pocket. That person
immediately crossed to the shop and asked him to hand over the phone he
just stole. They beat him up and then removed all his clothes. More
