PDP Primaries: Finally Obanikoro Makes U-Turn Accepts To Work With Agbaje
Former Minister of State for Defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro who had sued PDP for what he calls misconduct of the party’s governorship primary elections has finally given up and says he will be working with Jimi Agbaje (the party’s candidate) to wrest power from the ruling APC.
However, the Director-General, Koro Campaign Organisation, Dr. Adetokunbo Pearse, hinted Punch over the phone that the decision was accepted by their candidate, Senator Obanikoro because President Goodluck Jonathan had intervened in the feud.
He said part of the terms of the agreement reached with the President was that Obanikoro would be given a senior ministerial slot and not minister of state which is a junior ministerial position. So now you have heard it.
