Oyo State Gov’s wife rescues accident victims
Mrs. Florence Ajimobi, wife of the Governor of Oyo State, has reportedly come to the aid of 10 victims of a road accident, which occurred near Iperu Junction, on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Thursday.

Mrs. Ajimobi, who was returning to Ibadan from a women’s conference in Lagos, reportedly supervised the rescue operation.
Eight adults and two children were rescued from the scene of the crash and were taken to the General Hospital in Iperu-Remo for first-aid treatment before being moved to the Olabisi Onabanjo Teaching Hospital, Sagamu.
However, it was learnt that three of the victims were taken to the Adeoyo Hospital in Ibadan for intensive care.
Ajimobi promised to provide financial assistance to the victims.
